We are just over one week into lockdown. For some of us, keeping positive and focused on our fitness during this time can be a challenge. That’s why we started our free coffee mornings. Twice a week, we’re opening up our Zoom chat to share fitness motivation but also, just to be here, for you.
We have also created a Motivation Monday session to kickstart your week. Ideal for those who want to set goals and have some sort of accountability. How great would it be to come back each week and celebrate your wins? Plus tweak your healthy routines for the week ahead.
These are free, no-obligation touchpoints for anyone to join. We suggest solutions for exercise when self-isolating with other people in your home. We answer any questions about nutrition plus share some strategies for a positive mindset. Some people just pop in to see another face, other than their partner!
