Welcome to the Body Happy class page for Lewes!
Body Happy classes are for all fitness levels and abilities. Come along and give them a try. Prior to any class speak to the class instructor to let them know of any injuries, illnesses or concerns you may have.
Classes are for members and non-members. Use the Book button below the class, or phone 01273 916900, to reserve your space.

Book a Class
To book a space on any of our classes contact the team on 01273 916900 or sign up to a Move GB account. Classes cost £8 per person. Classes are popular however, so you will need to reserve your place in advance. The classes are held at our Lewes Studio.
